Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing and are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.


Delays

Bronkka Studio (UK) is not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs inspections or clearance, or incorrect and incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@bronkka.co.uk so we can investigate with the courier.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a replacement or refund.


Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Any reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
